My story

From surviving
to truly living

"Like so many others, I experienced trauma in my life, and I decided I was done feeling unsafe, stuck in loops of anxiety and burnout."

My approach

I was introduced to somatic breathwork on a retreat, and I never looked back. I quickly learnt how my body had been sending me signals, needing to heal. I was able to listen to my body and work with my nervous system, instead of ignoring the symptoms I came to understand were stored trauma.

I tried other approaches that helped to some extent, but never really reached the core. That's why I turned to these alternative, powerful practices, and why I now hold this space for others.

I am a certified trauma-informed somatic breathwork facilitator. I also hold a degree in forensic psychology.

How we work together

Listening to the language

As a trauma-informed somatic breathwork facilitator, my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experience at your own pace. Our work is not about pushing through discomfort or reliving traumatic events. Instead, we focus on building awareness, regulation, and connection with your body's natural wisdom.

  • Participation is always voluntary, and you are encouraged to adjust, pause, or stop any practice at any time.
